Sesame Street lunch at Beaches Boscobel

On our tour of Beaches Boscobel, they decided to give us the full character meal treatment. When we walked into this gorgeous restaurant this is what we saw

Bert and Ernie stopped by on their way to another event. Cookie monster was in the kitchen baking cookies with the kids, for real. It's one of the activities they have in the kids camp.

Then in came Grove, Zoe, Elmo and Abby Cadabby

I have to say that seven grown women became 5 year olds. We were up dancing with them and the excitement level was high. Big smiles all around. The character also do a singing and dancing show. Now imagine how excited small children would be.

The food was excellent too. They usually do this for breakfast but because it was lunch we were treated to steak and shrimp, yum.

Thank you to the GM and the Sales Mgr. for a great lunch and visit to your resort, it's top notch.

I'm going to Jamaica, mon

This is where I'll be staying July 10-13. Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. I have been invited by Sandals to go on a site inspection tour of their four facilities in Ocho Rios. There might even be a Sesame Street character lunch at the Beaches resort, yay.

And they serve my favorite rum, Appleton. I see lots of umbrella Appleton drinks that weekend.

Sandals/Beaches resorts

Happy Friday!

I went to a half day seminar yesterday for Sandals/Beaches resorts. I am now a Certified Sandals Specialist or CSS.

They really are a first class operation. They put back alot of money into the resorts to keep them fresh and new.

The Sandals resorts are couples only. Some with private plunge pools.

The Beaches resorts are family friendly. They have Sesame Street characters that interact with the children. And where else can you have your own professionally trained butler and nannies at your disposal?

**To honor single parents everywhere, we are waiving the single supplement fee (up to $190 per night ) at all our resorts when you stay 3 nights or longer. Come and enjoy a much-deserved vacation under the Caribbean sun during Single Parent Fun months:
