There is no better way to cook a turkey. It smells fantastic and tastes like no other turkey I've ever had. I'm totally spoiled.

Too late it's all gone, lol
It was so delicious. You'll have to come visit and we can deep fry one...but only if the pumpkin creme brulee comes too.
I'll bring the margaritas and chocolate mousse cake. (he says hoping for an invite)

AND you have a fireman to cook it, thus ensuring that there are no fires set by improper turkey frying techniques.
